Repairing a snapped Eames lower back panel involves precise alignment and reinforcement. The chair is carefully disassembled, and the broken plywood is cleaned and bonded using high-strength adhesive. Internal reinforcement blankets are added to maximize strength and stability. The panel is then refinished to match, restoring both strength and appearance.
