Firstly we are the only company that makes brazilian rosewood replacement lower back panels using a maple plywood core.
Each lower back panel is made using a closely matching grain pattern to ensure panel uniformity.
After restoration and installation of replacement panel your lounge chair will look original and feel perfect.
Shock Mount Repair
Delivered to us with a snapped frame due to movers heavy hands. Original eggplant colored frame was sandblasted and welded and then powder coated semi black. Way more sexy now don’t you think.
This set arrived with Girard fabric that was threadbare and frayed, unfortunately it could not be saved.
After original covers were removed new ones were fabricated using Hallingdal #270, not as wild as Girard but they get the job done. Lastly the base were polished to a bright finish.
Perfection as always.
Originally a plain black vintage arm shell, we removed old and installed new mounts, polished base then custom made cover using Ray designed fabric, pretty busy.
Arrived the color of British teeth!!.
Complete restoration with catalyzed polyurethane white applied.
Vintage vinyl pads constructed.

Choose a major color and tone, start with one that you commonly wear, use this as a base for your ‘major items’ sofa, lounge chairs and rugs.
Combine lighter or darker tones of your major color for curtains and pillows etc. to set the space.
Cool or warm a room with natural or brights. Reds, yellows, bronze and brass for warming. Greens, blues, chrome and stainless steal will cool.
Have fun and introduce bold colors depending on the season or event. A cost effective change are pillows & rugs.
