The fiberglass armshell was and still is one of the most comfortable chairs ever made.
Overtime the fabric gets funky and the foam get crunchy n dusty.
With some TLC, wicked fabric, polish & casters these bad boys are ready for a new trip!

Big Sky Chillin MT.
Jason requested something different for his Montana cabin, a little more worn with a club chair look.
We started with really rough 1950’s rosewood panels, after many hours they came out great, all aluminum parts received a ‘Dirty Brass’ finish reminiscent of the Warrior. Last in the puzzle were the cushions upholstered in a gorgeous Townsend hide.
Henry Ford said “you can have it in any color you want, as long as it is black.” I’m sure if Charles & Ray were alive today they would say “you can have it in any color you want, as long as you enjoy it” The world doesn’t have to be upholstered in black leather.

More often than not an eames lounge and ottoman arrives at the workshop and the owner believes that all it needs is a little bit of oil and a tune up. After a look around their mind is changed by seeing some of the stunning examples we have at the shop. A little bit more than a rub with tung oil is required to achieve this absolutely perfect standard.
Brazilian rosewood, chestnut leather, polished aluminum, hours & hours.

Arrived battered and bruised. These project take so much longer that you would expect but its worth waiting for. Over time the leather will form and fit nice n snug and the color ROCKS right.

A very popular chair in commercial settings throughout the 80s and early 90 then stopped dead.
You can pick these up thrashed for next to nothing and with a bit of humemodern skill turn them around to look quite sweet.
Correct trim means perfect look.
